Shipping policy

Your candles are hand-poured and packaged in Perth, Western Australia. 

We ensure that all of your Candles our packaged securely to ensure that they are safe during transit and arrive in perfect condition. 

We currently only ship in Australia for an additional $10 fee on your order and we do not currently offer shipment to overseas.

Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched during non-peak seasons

and

Please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched during holiday season as this is peak period for the business, we appreciate your patience during this time. 

All parcels are handled through AusPost. We are not responsible for the loss of your package or delays caused by Covid-19 on your order and we can not guarantee a period of time in which your package is delivered. 

Delivery estimates through AusPost should be used as a general guide only. 

However, if your package takes longer than 28 days to arrive, please contact us via email and we can open an investigation with AusPost regarding this.
