Refund policy

It should be expected when ordering candles made from soy wax that no two candles will look identical, and that there may be small imperfections on the candle including candle colour, air bubbles and even frosting (please see our FAQ on our website to read about 'Frosting'). All of these imperfections do NOT effect the performance of your candle, therefore we DO NOT refund, replace or give credit notes in any form for these natural soy wax imperfections. 

We are NOT required to refund or replace any orders that are damaged due to shipping. If this does occur, please email us via theanxiousburner@hotmail.com with photo evidence of the damaged goods and we can find the best solution for you. We ensure that all of your candles are packaged carefully to prevent this from happening. 

If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, when returning your items the products MUST be unused and packaged carefully into the original packaging. If we receive your package and the products are damaged or appear to have been used, you will NOT receive a refund or replacement. Theanxiousburner is not responsible for any payment you might incur when sending your package back to us. 

Our Returns policy is  14 days from receiving your order, please ensure you contact us during this time.
